"I've spoken to Taylor a few times now, regarding my policy and changes. Every time I've spoken with her, she is such a delightful person. She takes her time (patience is a must-have) and answers any and all questions with knowledge and care. Insurance is NOT a fun task for me but speaking with such an upbeat and kind person, as Taylor is, makes the process so much easier. Taylor did everything I asked and then she went above and beyond to look into things that she felt needed to be looked into. Hearing Taylor say that she will keep an eye on my policy and will contact me if something comes up, is the nicest and a very comforting feeling. Thank You Taylor!!"

"Please stay away from this agency!!! We've been customers for more than 15 years, and recently, customer service has been horrible. Calls are dropped to avoid making claims, representatives are rude, and there are too many examples to list."

"This office is never short of great and fantastic service. Taylor Ellison specifically is very helpful, kind and getas the job done. She goes above a beyond and to prove it my last interaction with her was a simple address change for my renter's insurance policy which she did, but she also found out she could save me good money on my auto insurance to which she also did.
